Full timeWe are currently looking for a Head of Acquisitions and Disposals to lead our Property Acquisitions function.Key Responsibilities Include:Leasehold & Freehold AcquisitionsCoordinate a campaign for freehold sites for acquisitionsIdentify and table new opportunities to expand the networkFacilitate national market campaigns to unlock potential opportunities for the brand.Provide competition analysis and market rents for short listed sitesBuild strong relationships with external and internal stakeholdersProvide market evidence and co-ordinate feasibility analysisDisposalsManage agent submissions for disposalsProvide recommendations for agent appointment, campaign, marketing materialProvide any market evidence to support recent transactions and general market intelligenceBuild strong relationships with external and internal stakeholdersThe Ideal Candidate:Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial / retail real estate transactionsEstablished network of property developers, agents and investors, with ability to develop and leverage new industry relationshipsExcellent interpersonal skills with highly effective negotiating skillsAbility to negotiate complex real estate contracts involving landowners, tenants, developers, and buildersPossesses sound market knowledge, with the ability to undertake market research and analysis to assess acquisition and divestment opportunitiesExperience in preparing submissions and making recommendations to senior managementIf you are an accomplished property acquisitions professional seeking a rewarding and challenging role, click the 'Apply now' tab to submit your resume in Word or PDF format.
