Job Description About the position Brisbane Girls Grammar School is seeking a suitably qualified Water Polo - Head Coach who will be responsible for organising the water polo season in collaboration with the Coordinator of Water Polo. The Head Coach oversees the coaching methodology, coaching staff, and the skill development of the students. 
The Head Coach will be engaged for approximately 20 hours per week in the lead-up and across the School's Water Polo season . Pay and conditions will be determined by the experience and qualifications of the appointed persons.
This position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and term breaks, and may involve attending tournaments. 
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety Regulations as they apply to water polo activities Demonstrate leadership capacity with excellent organisation skills Possess excellent interpersonal skills, in particular, the ability to relate to adolescent girls and their parents Possess technological literacy across a range of applications Ability to liaise professionally with staff, students, parents and other colleagues Demonstrate outstanding professional presentation and manner Hold a current senior First-Aid Certificate Hold a valid Working with Children (Blue Card) positive notice Knowledge of the BWPI competition structure and rules (desirable)
