We're all about all-day dining, flavoursome food and good vibes. Whilst pasta may be the venue's draw-card, there are also snacks, share plates and an incredible wood fired grill. As such, your creativity will be put to the test as you embark on your own culinary journey with our group. As head chef in charge of the kitchen, you will work alongside, and be mentored by Stokehouse Exec chef Jason Staudt as we continue to go from strength to strength.This role you will:Work with Group Exec chef Jason Staudt to develop and drive the Mediterranean focused menuManage day to day kitchen operations with passion and enthusiasmMentor and develop your team of culinary enthusiastsWork with the leadership team to manage wages, COG's and operational expensesContinue to drive the culture that has set our restaurant group to be an 'employer of choice'The ExpectationYou will be an upbeat individual who is self-driven and passionate, and possess strong organisational skills. You will also bring to the role;Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in a similar fast-paced and high volume environmentCreativity in all its forms. From ideas for new dishes, to a curiosity in cooking techniques.
