Katherine Country Club is looking for an experienced Head Chef with a strong character to cook and manage a busy kitchen in a remote location.

The township of Katherine is located 3.5 hour drive south of Darwin.

Our club is profitable and about to embark on an exciting journey of renovations to modernise the property.

You must be able to:
Write and cost menus Plan specials well in advance Assist with functions & event foods Manage staff Control cogs Ensure OH&S standards are met Ensure Health and Hygiene standards are met at all times Your ability to work with persons from various backgrounds and ethnicities is critical, along with training and setting high standards.

Must have a car and current driver's license.
