What you'll do: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation Create and update seasonal menus, incorporating innovative dishes Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Maintain inventory and ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices Collaborate with management on budget and cost control measures Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen culture. What you'll need: Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for culinary arts and a creative approach to menu design Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Events and Functions background The benefits are good too!
