Head Chef Opportunity

Head Chef OpportunityISS Integrated Serv P/L is seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our Resources Catering Team on a Fly-in-fly-Out basis. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $110,000 + superannuation and a family-friendly 14 days on, 7 days off roster from Perth Airport.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all safety and quality processes are followed and exceeding customer expectations in regard to a healthy and delicious food offering. Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and food safety standardsLeading a team of kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals and exceptional customer serviceDeveloping and implementing creative menu plans to meet client expectationsTraining and developing existing kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledgeRequirements:
Australian Trade Certification or Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)Experience as a Head Chef in a commercial kitchen (essential)High volume catering experience, including bulk catering and function/banquet experienceAbility to work to client expectations and drive a safe and productive work cultureWhat we offer:
