Job Description
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for driving the kitchen operations and will lead the team in and out of service by motivating, leading, and developing the existing team as you execute this venue's menu; focusing on modern Australian food with the emphasis of cooking over fire, featuring premium meat, seafood and produce.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience as a Head Chef within a high-volume establishment preferably serving premium gastropub-style foodA positive and solutions-focused approach with the desire to build a great team and develop career progressionAn open communication style with the ability to inspire those working around youExemplary management skills and the ability to work autonomouslyThe aptitude to build a large creative team that is focused on process and productInsight to review operational performance and make improvementsStrong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost controlA highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyOffer
