Interview & hire accordingly for the store's needs.Food Safety – Must ensure all Kitchen's & Staff are trained and working in accordance with the Arcade Agency Standard & Food safety program. Reviewing Data collected on Jolt & managing all OHS aspects of the business.Staff Meetings – Must proactively encourage regular staff meetings to ensure teams are focused on achieving KPI's and informed in advance as to upcoming events/promotions etc.Suppliers – Monitor and track all food costings within the store and communicate with suppliers if there is a price increase on products.
