Our Cafe is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager to join our team and bring our kitchen to life!

Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager Responsibilities: Menu Design: Seasonal menu design plus product creation for weekly specials and our grab & go fridge.Menu Engineering: Analyse the profitability of each menu item and focus on promoting high margin dishes.Staff Training: Train staff on efficient cooking techniques, proper food storage & minimising waste.Supplier Negotiations: Build strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate better prices or bulk discounts.Waste Audits: Conduct regular waste audits to identify and address areas where waste can be reduced.Regular Maintenance: Keep kitchen equipment in good working order to prevent costly repairs or replacements.Catering Growth: Create and cost catering menus and deliver a consistent and impressive catering product.
