Reporting to the Village Manager, this role will see you responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. You will be looking after both Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff as well as an apprentice chef.This is a full-time permanent role, working 12hours days from 09:00am – 09:00pm on a 2:2 roster.
