The Moonee Ponds Club, a well-established community venue located just 5 km from Melbourne's CBD, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team.With facilities that include a function room, bistro, gaming room, and bar, we take pride in delivering outstanding customer service in a professional, friendly work environment.This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step up. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Head Chef will oversee all food operations within the Club. We are looking for a culinary professional with strong communication skills, an ability to maintain food safety standards, a keen attention to detail, and a hands-on approach. Reliability, team collaboration, and a comprehensive understanding of health regulations and relevant legislation are essential.
