This role primarily focuses on overseeing the catering operations for a retirement village, but the successful candidate will also contribute to other aspects of our food service, including café operations and catering for private events.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and cooking a diverse range of meals.Managing day-to-day kitchen operations with a focus on efficiency and quality.Overseeing food inventory and ensuring supplies are well-stocked.Creating and implementing menus that are both creative and cost-effective.Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts, working a total of 40 hours per week, making it ideal for those seeking a good work-life balance within a professional kitchen environment.Apply on Seek or Email Resume to ******
