We are on the hunt for a talented, enthusiastic Head Chef to make a mark on the expanding business.
We feature a bistro seating 120, a function room seating 100, a sports bar with TAB, a gaming room with 22 machines, and a bottle shop.
Expectations An experienced Head Chef who has been in a similar position for over 2 years.A genuine love of food.Motivated and passionate.Strong management skills to lead the team.Must be able to work under pressure.Strong COGS knowledge and menu preparation.Good communication skills.Salary and Benefits Attractive salary for the right person.Incentive program for reaching targets.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
