Enjoy the beautiful surrounds of the area on your 3 RDO's.Looking for an experienced chef to help with menu development & kitchen setup alongside the owners who have years of hospitality experience!We are looking for someone to help develop menus and start an exciting business! Must have previous experience. Looking at a 4-day work week, 4 dinner services, and 2 lunches across Thursday to Sunday. Must be available for those days. Aiming for gastro pub style meals; however, we are open to ideas, pending your specialty, for menu creation for either small eats/larger eats or a simple but great entrée/mains/dessert menu. Looking to seat around 60 pax max to start with.You will be in charge of ordering and menu planning. We will be looking to start a new team of 3 for the kitchen.The right applicant could be compensated with a bonus structure depending on experience!
