Located in the picturesque Eaglehawk Neck on the Tasman peninsula, the Lufra Hotel boasts 41 guest rooms, a restaurant and a bar.
Operating 7 days a week, we are looking for someone who is passionate in maintaining the highest standards in taste, presentation and service while creating a fun and inclusive workplace.
About you: 2-5 Years experience in a similar Head Chef role Trade Qualified Strong understanding of modern Australian cuisine with a focus on seasonal, locally sourced produce Expertise in forecasting, cost control and financial management to keep the kitchen running efficiently Able to lead, inspire and manage a dedicated team Exceptional time management and communication skills What we offer: A friendly, collaborative team that values innovation and quality Free onsite parking Training and Development Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
