Job DescriptionThis is a leadership role requiring you to drive the food culture for this iconic East Coast location.
As Head Chef, you will lead the team in delivering a local-based, delicious menu using fresh, quality ingredients while maintaining a strong focus on variable cost controls.
Your ProfileTo be considered for this role you will have:
Experience as a Head Chef within a high-volume establishmentCreative flair and passion for working with local produceA positive and solutions-focused approach with the desire to build a great team and develop career progressionAn open communication style with the ability to inspire othersExemplary management skills and the ability to work autonomouslyThe aptitude to build a creative team that is focused on process and productStrong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost controlFull unrestricted working rights in AustraliaOfferThis role is offering a strong remuneration package for the right candidate with the relevant experience.
