At least 3+ years experience in a similar role at a fine dining restaurant; The ability to maintain a calm manner yet thrive in a fast-paced, high pressured environment; Committed to cultivating a positive workplace environment. What we are searching for as an individual :

Responsibilities and duties :
Have a passion to lead and coach a large kitchen team of 10+ chefs; Have the ability to drive financial results and demonstrate strong management skills when dealing with production and managing wastage levels, ensuring sales budgets and profit expectations are met; Be solutions-focused, creative and passionate about the industry; Strong ability to deliver on WH&S and manage HACCP systems.
