About the roleAnalog Mosman is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Mosman, NSW to head up our Japanese inspired Vinyl Bar & Bistro. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality culinary experiences to our customers.
What you'll be doing Oversee the entire kitchen operation, including menu planning, food preparation, and dish presentationManage and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentEnsure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control are maintainedDevelop and implement innovative seasonal menus that showcase your culinary expertiseCollaborate with the management team to monitor and control food costs and inventoryStay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations to enhance the dining experienceWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industryFormal culinary training and a recognised qualification in Hospitality or Culinary ArtsExceptional culinary skills and a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and flavor profilesProven track record of leading and motivating kitchen teams to achieve high standards of service and qualityStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with the management team and customersPassion for using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients to create exceptional dining experiencesWhat we offerAt Drinks Are On Me Pty Ltd, we value our employees and strive to provide a rewarding and supportive work environment.
