Lee's Hotel , the pub with no beer is seeking a Head Chef to join the team! Be a part of reopening the kitchen within this iconic Pub. As we embark on this exciting new chapter within Lee's Hotel, you will get a unique opportunity to open the new kitchen, develop the menu, onboard your kitchen team, and be a fundamental part of the team! As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operation whilst motivating the team to deliver a high-quality food and dining experience.
