Opening to the public in mid-2025, this role will be instrumental in the concept and creation and lead of the food offering.
This is a fun and truly unique opportunity.Some of your responsibilities will include:Preparation of a unique menu, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction.Maintaining levels of stock and inventory; ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked with quality ingredients that reflect 'the place'.Full operational lead including mentoring, guiding and supporting the team operation.Engage with guests, addressing any feedback or incorporating any feedback.Compliance with HACCP and implementation of food hygiene practices.About youTo be successful in this role you are passionate and proud of the food and service you deliver and are willing to go above and beyond for our guests.
