The Club, one of South Australia's best country courses, is looking for an accomplished Head Chef to take the helm of our kitchen brigade.
Key responsibilities include spearheading kitchen operations, upholding food quality standards, and fostering the growth and development of kitchen staff.
This role involves overseeing daily operations, inspiring the team, and cultivating a culture of creativity to develop fresh and exciting flavors.The role offers a competitive annual compensation package, performance-based bonuses, and additional allowances.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary leadership, menu innovation, and team management.
They will be responsible for managing inventory, controlling food costs, and enforcing kitchen sanitation protocols.
