Head Chef

We are currently looking for an experience Head Chef to join our kitchen leadership team, in our venues in Perth.

What You'll Do: Lead the kitchen by inspiring and managing a dedicated team, fostering a positive and creative work environment. Bring your expertise to the forefront and develop mouthwatering creations. Design and execute seasonal menus with a focus on fresh, local ingredients and unique flavors. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control while ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standard What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef for a minimum of 3 years. Experience and sound knowledge of European cuisine, in a high-volume food environment.  Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for team development and motivation. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to exceeding culinary standards. Proficient in kitchen management software and MS Office.
