Key Responsibilities : Craft and present authentic South Indian dishes with high consistency and quality.
Collaborate on menu development to bring innovative and seasonal options.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Manage inventory and oversee stock to support seamless daily operations.
Support and guide junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
Requirements : 3-4 years of experience in South Indian cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional ingredients and cooking techniques.
Relevant culinary qualification (Cert IV or equivalent).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
