Head Chef

Head Chef Western suburbs pizza and pasta restaurant requires a head chef for management of all kitchen operations.
Preferred start date is mid-January but negotiable for the right candidate.
Ideally, you will have experience in an Italian/Pizza setting.
You should have the following experience:
Managing a multi-functional kitchen as head chef Leadership and mentoring staff Hands-on approach Stock control and ordering Your main duties will be:
Full management of kitchen operations Staff management and rostering Cost control Menu refinement This is a full-time salaried position with availability needed across all days.
You will be reporting straight to the Directors and will be our key appointment in reforming our business operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
