The Sunset Tavern is a busy tourism-oriented venue located on the waterfront at Karumba Point in the Gulf of Carpentaria. You will be overseeing the Kitchen within the Tavern.
We are a popular must-see destination for many travelers and offer a unique North Queensland experience with what we think is the best waterfront beer garden in Australia.
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operation whilst motivating the team to deliver a high-quality food and dining experience.
