Hotels/Pub/Resorts. Working in a team of approx. 3-6 people. Lunch and Dinner Starting as soon as possible for a 4 – 8 week contract. Resorts. Working in a team of approx. 10+ people. Fine Dining/ Upmarket Resort Lunch and Dinner Starting as soon as possible for a 4 – 8 week contract. Hotels/Pubs/Resorts Split shifts 4+ week ongoing contracts Contracts year round Hotels/Pubs/Resorts Solo and Senior Chef roles Split shifts 4+ week ongoing contracts Contracts year round Do you measure up? Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:
Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills Have a positive and 'can do' attitude Own traditional uniform and knives Have a keen eye with high attention to detail Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions Enjoy the benefits of expanding your experience and knowledge. Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.
