We specialize in Mediterranean dishes with a unique twist and pride ourselves on creating exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a close-knit team of chefs while fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication within the kitchen.
• Develop and execute a creative menu that reflects Mediterranean flavours with a modern twist.
• Incorporate multicultural influences to enhance our menu and creativity.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure that Labour targets are met, including inventory management and staff training.
• Report directly to the Group Executive Chef, providing updates on kitchen operations and menu performance.
Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within fine dining.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Experience with multicultural cuisines is a valuable asset.
• A passion for Mediterranean cuisine and creativity in the kitchen.
