You must be able to:Plan, develop, and implement menus.Prepare and cook food.Estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies.Discuss food preparation issues with the manager.Maintain Food Safety Standards in accordance with Legislative requirements.Qualifications and Skills:Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or higher (or equivalent experience).Passion for delivering high-quality food.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy kitchen environment.Good communication skills (written and verbal).Note: Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
