Creative flair with a passion for fresh, local ingredients, capable of delivering 'on trend' menus. Previous experience in fast paced, high-volume, high-pressure environments. Recognised qualifications and well versed in all aspects of kitchen management. Excellent communication & leadership skills Maintain a positive culture, ethos, and team moral . Multi-site experience preferred but not essential. A great attitude, work ethic and sense of humour! Your responsibilities: A hands-on role organising & leading the kitchen team from the front. Creation and execution of costed recipes. Ordering and supplier relationships. Rostering and labour control. Assist with recruitment, staff training, and development. Providing support to chefs/cooks across both venues. Follow food safety & HACCP guidelines. Liaise with senior management to drive the venues in the right direction.
