About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen in this busy regional pub. The role involves overseeing the daily kitchen operations, from menu planning and stock control to leading and mentoring a small team of chefs. You'll have the opportunity to bring creativity to the menu while maintaining the classic pub favourites. This is an exciting chance to run a kitchen in a community-centred venue with a high volume of service, particularly during weekends and events.
