Head Chef

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at the Club Hotel and Commercial Hotel Chinchilla!

The Role As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations across both Hotels, whilst motivating our kitchen team to deliver a high-quality food and dining experience. The following skills, behaviours, and qualifications are essential:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher Kitchen management experience in a high-volume food, bar, and function environment - minimum 3 years full-time Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills High standard of personal presentation & hygiene Experience in stock control and ordering, with budgeting in mind Available to work hospitality hours If you are committed to contributing to the harmonious team environment of our hotel and believe you have what it takes to manage our team to continued success, please Apply Now.
