Roles and Responsibilities: Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.
Energetic attitude, a team player approach and strong work ethic.
Lead, inspire, and mentor our kitchen brigade to achieve culinary excellence.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and staff scheduling.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Experience and understanding of financial controls of a hospitality business.
The ability to lead, train and develop a team.
Ensure that all meals are cooked in a manner that adheres to the venue's recipe & plating guides and that all meals are served on time and are of the highest possible quality.
Who We're Looking For: Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef.

Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S and food hygiene procedures.
Knowledge to complete a costed roster is desired; however, it is not essential.
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desired; however, it is not essential.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
