Experience Required: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)Food Safety Supervisor Certificate5+ years proven culinary expertise with a diverse background in modern cuisine.Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing culinary talent.Proficient in Microsoft Office, PO and inventory management systems, financial reporting systems, and other software required to effectively fulfill the role.Experience working with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent understanding of Food Health & Safety.What's in it for you?
