Head Chef - Chef De Partie - Bar Person/Allrounder

We are seeking passionate and experienced culinary professionals to join our Italian restaurant located in West End, Brisbane. The roles available are:
Head Chef – Oversee all kitchen operations, manage staff, develop menus, and ensure high standards of quality.Chef de Partie – Manage specific sections of the kitchen mainly pasta section, ensuring efficient preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes.Bar Person/Allrounder – Manage the bar, make drinks, control stock, and provide FOH service.Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in Italian cuisine preferable (Chefs)Strong leadership and team management skills (for Head Chef)High attention to detail and qualityExperience in a fast-paced kitchen environment (Chefs)Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $62,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Physical Setting: Restaurant
Shift: Evening shift
Work Days: Every weekend, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
