Serving a bistro-style menu, our team of 8 chefs are looking for their next leader.
You will be approachable, hands on, and be able to influence a positive working environment.
You are passionate about people, food and doing things the right way; whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail, standards and all areas of safety.
All whilst achieving positive sales growth, excellent customer feedback and an engaging team environment.
What else will you do?
Lead the kitchen by inspiring and managing a dedicated team, fostering a positive and creative work environment.
Bring your expertise to the forefront and develop mouthwatering creations.
Design and execute seasonal menus.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control while ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standard What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef.
Strong leadership skills with a knack for team development and motivation.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to exceeding culinary standards.
Proficient in kitchen management software and MS Office.
Engaging personality with a connection to the local community.
