Job Description

•Develop a creative and high-quality a la carte menu in line with the Brasserie concept ;
•Manage all aspects of kitchen operation including food cost control and adherence to food safety and sanitation Standards ;
•Collaborate with the Hotel F&B Management to drive innovation and guest satisfaction, adapting menu to guest preferences and seasonal ingredients ; and
•Undertake daily food ordering following guidelines and procedures establish by Executive Chef.

Qualifications

•Solid experience in High-end Brasseries or Semi fine dining restaurant ;
•Extensive knowledge of French Cuisine, including traditional dishes and modern culinary Techniques ;
•Strong Understanding of food costing, inventory management, and budget ;
•Excellent Communication Skills, Fluent in Both French and English ;
•Guest oriented person to deliver excellent service and good communication with the guest ; and
•H.A.C.C.P. knowledge.
