Head Barista/ Supervisor

Head Barista/ Supervisor We are looking for a highly skilled and high performing barista that can cope with the pressure and demands of busy city centre venue.  Working as part of a team - encouraging and creating a vibrant, exciting place of work.  Expected to work with coffee and food to reflect the diverse offering of the business and support the team as required.  Demonstrate unparalleled hospitality by delivering regular customers a warm, positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties include the opening and closing of the venue - to keep it looking sharp, clean, tidy & organised.  Attention to detail.  Maintaining brand standards at high volume production by following recipes to ensure consistency of high quality beverages.  You will be dialling in and producing the best product we possibly can.
