The head barista is also responsible for maintaining retail stock of coffee, and coffee-related equipment.The head barista is actively keeping up to date with industry trends and developments within the world of coffee, with an attitude of learning. They are the primary source of training and coaching for the team on all coffee-related things.The head barista we are looking for is constantly looking for ways to improve the method of communicating and sharing Ona Coffee with customers, including distilling the information provided by Ona Wholesale and Project Origin to share with the rest of the team. The scope is open for the Head Barista to facilitate this through various methods including but not limited to running workshops and training sessions, internal group messages, on-the-job training, and working with the venue manager and social media manager.The head barista serves as a leader for the team and sets an example for the team culture.
