Responsibilities Ensure all work is carried out according to Environmental regulations and licenses Ensure all materials are used and all waste is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way Maintain 3 points of contact at all times when accessing machines Follow specific maintenance programs and procedures Perform all activities within the whole-of-job scope, including pre-work, preparation, organising materials, execution, test out and hand back, and sign off Technical/Operational Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently and consistently adhering to required standards of work Maintain an appropriate inventory of spare parts Read engineering drawings and make equipment Ensure that repairs and adjustments to equipment are consistent with required standards of work and equipment availability (EOFT, manufacturers minimum specifications and site work procedures and standards) Fault finding on various machines, including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, schematic drawing and relevant diagnostic software Operate mobile equipment within limits of competence, training and experience Accurately complete technical documentation, reports and drawings as required Use computerised maintenance systems (SAP) to complete time confirmations, raise notifications and close work orders Conduct safety inspections of maintenance tools and equipment, and recommend any appropriate maintenance or other response Ensure work is done correctly the first time to the acceptable standard so there is no rework Team Contribution Undertake training on a regular basis and provide support to colleagues within area of competence Ensure a clear handover is completed with cross-shift #J-18808-Ljbffr
