As Sales Manager at HD Pumps, you will be responsible for:
Helping shape the companies overall sales strategy Technical sales and tendering Managing, developing and supporting the sales team Identifying and developing new customers Maintaining and strengthening relationships with current customers and suppliers BENEFITS & PERKS Attractive bonus structure for both sales and overall company performance Car, phone, laptop and own office Friendly, professional and experienced team of work colleagues Long established and growing Territory owned business REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Experience in the pump industry or a related industry is preferred i.e. water treatment, plumbing supplies etc... REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES Strong sales and negotiation skills High level of attention to detail Willingness to learn and improve knowledge Ability to show initiative Drivers license Ability to pass a police check ABOUT HD PUMPS HD Pumps have been supplying and servicing pumps and pumping systems for the domestic, commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors across Darwin and Northern Australia for over 40 years.
Aside from just pumps we have a large range of quality irrigation, pressure cleaning and pest and weed control equipment which is backed by professional after sales service and replacement parts.
We also offer a full range of pool equipment, chemicals and maintenance services that are available to pool and spa owners across the greater Darwin region.
