Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Projects & Reporting, this position is pivotal in the successful implementation and integration of a HCMS within defined timelines and budget.
This is a vital component of the Society's transformational strategy for the coming years.
Working closely with the implementation partner and key internal stakeholders, the role involves managing the end-to-end project delivery of the new HCMS.
Exceptional project planning, identification and management of risks, budget management and change management experience will be required to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

KEY REQUIREMENTSQualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification and/or substantial experience.Bachelor's degree in business information systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent-related experience (preferred).Experience and skills: Extensive demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management, with a strong emphasis on large-scale IT system implementations with specific experience in leading multiple (end to end) HCMS system implementations (such as Dayforce, SuccessFactors, and UKG).Strong knowledge of HCMS functionality, business processes, and technology.Proven experience in the successful delivery of complex HCMS projects, using a variety of delivery methodologies with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead project teams composed of various stakeholders and specialists.Demonstrated experience leading and managing project teams to deliver complex projects within schedule and within budget, including the ability to strategically lead, influence, promote and motivate staff to deliver desired outcomes.Proven ability to lead through influence, with a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.Strong knowledge and pragmatic application of project management principles, methodologies and tools.Ability to operate within the detail of project deliverables as well as across the entire project, carefully monitoring delivery of project outcomes and benefits.Personal attributes: Proactive, results-driven with a positive and flexible attitude.Engaging communicator, with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels.Highly effective at influencing and motivating internal and external stakeholders.Empathetic & understanding of the unique challenges faced by a charity organisation.Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong commitment to project success.In return we offer: Tax reducing salary packagingExcellent work-life balance and great work hours (37.5 per week)We believe in families, so we like to provide a family-friendly environment in which to work.The opportunity to make an incredible difference in the lives of over 300,000 people every year.We offer a place where you know you are contributing to an organisation committed to helping others.
