HCM Solutions Architect - SAP/SuccessFactorsSeeking a HCM Solutions Architect who designs and implements HR technology solutions, ensuring systems are scalable, integrated, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR processes and deliver effective solutions for the department.
Responsibilities: Working closely with the Functional Lead and Business Analysts, collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors and BTP configurations and solutions.Play a key role in workshops inputting to the solution design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (including but not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding, and Core HR) partnering with the solution implementation partner.Provide Solution Architecture expertise to support the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors business processes, security roles, reports, and integrations to meet the Departments award, policy, and other customised requirements.Support the Delivery stream with testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring quality and accuracy of configurations.Support the Change stream by providing ongoing support and guidance to end-users, including training, documentation, and addressing inquiries and issues in a timely manner.Stay informed about SAP SuccessFactors updates, new features, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and architects, including Integrations, Data Migration, Testing, and downstream technology teams, to ensure alignment of SAP SuccessFactors solution design with overall business objectives.Participate in project planning, status meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.Ideal Characteristics: Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a similar role for SAP SuccessFactors transformation programs, ideally as a Functional Solution Architect on the vendor side.Has performed a similar role previously on at least 2-3 large scale SAP SuccessFactors HCM transformation programs.Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations effectively.Excellent consulting skills, e.g., leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders, liaising confidently and effectively with senior executives.Strong HR functional skills (particularly in Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR).Demonstrated experience delivering successful programs/projects preferably in NSW Government context.Strong technical skills, including expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, integrations, BTP solutions, data management, SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.Ability to manage multiple programs/projects and priorities simultaneously.At ease working with ambiguity and energized by delivering value in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
