About The Role The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the successful delivery of multiple Data, Member Experience & Personalisation program streams within the Evolve Transformation Program, providing outcomes to achieve the HCF Strategic plans for 2025 and beyond. This is a 2-year max term opportunity.
Responsibilities Lead program delivery teams to deliver the strategic goals of the organisation by: Leading and enabling project manager direct reports to manage projects end to end. Developing program budgets and forecasts for internal and external resources and technology assets and ensuring projects adhere. Investigating complex issues and identifying appropriate mitigation strategies to resolve and overcome problems or obstacles related to the project initiatives. Applying continuous improvement of current processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Delivery of complex cyber security programs, such as threat detection, incident response, risk management, and compliance. Facilitating business unit engagements for new and inflight delivery programs to ensure requirements are understood and needs are being met. Responsibility for the end-to-end implementation of new systems and major system upgrades. Management of all evolve digital operations and processes within agreed budgets, including estimation, funding, expense optimization, alignment of resource, and tracking across programs of work. Working with Evolve GM and CIO on selection of appropriate systems for integration and appropriate partner engagements. Management of vendor/partner work including statements of work for those engaged in the program. Managing a cross-functional team of Architects, Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, SME(s), Testers, Change Management, and external vendor/partner delivery resources within program scope. Supervising all project managers and team staff involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems. Developing ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people within the program. Establishing and communicating effective project escalation, management, and resolution protocols. About You To be successful in the role you will have the following:
Demonstrated experience in management or degree in Computer Science. Experience in Enterprise Project Management. Experience in procurement and negotiations for successful outcomes. In-depth knowledge of the business processes and functions in a corporate setting. Industry knowledge of Private Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Health/Wellbeing Services. Desirable Technical skills in Adobe AEM platforms with CMS knowledge. Experience in UI/UX development process. Experience in Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft/API-led integration, and Marketing Cloud. Experience in React Native Mobile App Development/Delivery knowledge and lifecycle management. Experience in Customer Data Platforms and analytics, data-driven loyalty rewards, and personalisation. Experience in Web/App development and delivery for member experience improvement. Experience in Member data privacy, security, and protection best practices including identity validation, authentication, encryption, and tokenisation in member experience app and data flows. Expertise in agile practices, preferably in SAFe would be highly desirable. Benefits 50% subsidy on HCF Private Health Insurance.
