In the past 12 months, we have seen growing success in our Hazardous Area Electrical Services and are looking to reinforce our expansion of this service line by bringing in an experienced hazardous area electrician to help deliver the consistent high-quality services our clients have come to expect and to support our current team of EEHA Inspectors.
The Position Currently, we have an opportunity for an experienced Hazardous Area Electrician who is interested in stamping their mark on the industry. The opportunity is for a fully licensed (WA) electrician to join our team of professional technicians and inspectors to deliver hazardous area electrical works to our clients throughout the industrial and O&G sectors.

Be driven to overcome challengesBe well-disciplined and self-motivatedHave experience in carrying out electrical installations to the highest standards, including testing and commissioning of electrical systemsHave experience installing hazardous area equipment including barrier glands, conduit seals, and earthing systemsBe able to follow work instructions and interpret wiring diagrams and P&ID drawings to effectively fault find on electrical systemsBe able to perform electrical inspections and safety testing of electrical apparatus including motorsHave good communication and interpersonal skillsHave basic mechanical fitting understandingBe able to design complex and simple electrical systemsBe confident in the selection and sourcing of appropriate electrical productsBe willing to contribute to on-site electrical and EEHA technical sales to resolve changing client requirementsHave strong task planning and forward-thinking skillsBe willing to question, make decisions, and implement operational improvementsHave good knowledge of legislative requirements and AS/NZS StandardsBe able to work autonomously both locally and remotely with good organizational skillsPre-requisites: Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (UEE30811)Electrical Workers Licence (WA)Construction (White Card)Driver's Licence (manual)Must have the right to work in AustraliaInstrumentation Trade Certificate or Cert IVWork Safely at HeightsProvide First AidHUET/BOSIETYour application will include the following questions:
