Training & Development (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Reporting into the L&D Manager, you will create, train and deliver programs across Victoria & SA.

Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop effective strategies to address them.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Facilitation: Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees at all levels of the organisation.
Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously update and improve training programs based on feedback and industry best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies.
What you need to succeed:
You will have held a similar role within an agricultural company.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Solid project management skills.
Able to be self-directed and organise work, set priorities, and achieve work-related objectives and goals.
30% of your time will be on the road delivering training.
Able to travel freely within North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
