Your new company
One of Canberra's most successful and established builders requires an experienced Site Manager to join their commercial division to spearhead the delivery of their recently awarded $25M D&C project.

Your new role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the critical milestones are met to the correct quality standards.
Day to day, this will include:
Manage site from site establishment to practical completion.
Develop and implement a short-term schedule of work.
Lead on-site Foreman and Leading Hand.
Coordinate subcontractors.
Manage QA inspections and reporting.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including the client.
Ensure the site is safe and in line with relevant industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have a relevant trade qualification.
Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Foreman / Site Manager on commercial projects.
The ability to use construction management systems such as Procore.
