Consistently going from strength to strength, they are once again expanding their team and seeking an experienced Site Engineer.
Your new role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be working on a commercial project where you play a key role in ensuring the project deliverables are met. Day to day responsibilities will include:
Assist the management team in implementing the Project Management Plan. Support Project Engineers in programming, planning, and forecasting activities. Monitor progress and identify issues that may affect the program. Assist the Site Supervisor in developing work programs based on the master construction plan. Oversee subcontractors on-site to ensure correct implementation of design. Conduct site inspections with consultants at critical checkpoints and ensure remedial actions are taken as needed. Implement and monitor the project's Quality Assurance Plan. Conduct regular audits on subcontractors' Quality Assurance Plans. Assist in creating and implementing a site safety plan. What you'll need to succeed
Relevant tertiary education in construction, engineering or similar; Proven experience in a similar role. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards. What you'll get in return
