Hays is collaborating with a not-for-profit organisation in their search for a dedicated People and Culture Coordinator to join their team.
Your new role
This role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development activities to achieve the organisation's vision and sustain its values. The successful candidate will report to the Executive Manager of People & Culture and will work collaboratively with the People & Culture team, managers, and staff to implement key initiatives and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees. Additionally, you will support the implementation of effective recruitment strategies, assist in the coordination of learning and development programmes, and participate in P&C projects to advance the organisation's vision and strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be motivated to excel at improving work practices and procedures and hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential. As well as the above, you will be someone who approaches their work with energy in a 'hands-on' manner, to get in and get things done. It is a requirement of the organisation to hold a current WWVP (or be willing to gain this) and a current National Police Check.
