Hays is collaborating with a NFP organisation in their search for a dedicated People and Culture Advisor to join their team.
Your new role
This role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development activities to achieve the organisation's vision and sustain its values. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with managers and staff to implement key initiatives and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees. Additionally, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, coordinate learning and development programmes, and participate in P&C projects to advance our organisation's vision and strategy. Using data to inform and support these initiatives will be a crucial part of your responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of HR legislative frameworks, excel at improving work practices and procedures, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential. You will be someone who approaches their work with energy and a hands-on approach to get in and get things done.
