Payroll Manager for a trusted and respected education provider in Sydney Your new company This organisation is a large education provider in Sydney; they are recognised across the world for their facilities and commitment to research projects. They are seeking a driven Payroll Manager to oversee the payroll team and have experience with high volume processing.
Your new role Leading a team of 4, you will: Oversee a very large and complex payroll runs including 2 fortnightly cycles - 10,000+ all together Manage the auditing, monthly and yearly reports as well as various payroll projects Process the payroll, ensuring compliance with multiple EA's and modern Awards Be committed to developing and guiding a payroll team What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience in very high-volume payroll processing Experience in leading a team Knowledge and understanding of multiple EA's and Awards Experience with using various ERP systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment What you'll get in return Working alongside a team that is longstanding 1-day WFH flexibility Very convenient location 18 weeks parental leave Discounted childcare on site Discounted gym and aquatic centre memberships What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' or forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to Taliye Yaman at , or call us now.
